Career Basecamp

Career Basecamp is a project that I am working on with a friend of mine. We started it to help people find a meaningful career using the science of personality. It's a continual work in progress, but I'm excited to it develop and grow. So far, we've helped over 20.000 people figure out what careers suit them best and why they might be feeling stuck in their current job.

One of the results was in-depth insight into your personality.
Besides personal results, we also provided in-depth information on all the careers we had in our database.
The main questionnaire of Career Basecamp was a 70 question personality test, based on the BIG5.
Based on the results of all the questionnaires, we could also accurately describe how the user would interact with other people. We called this the interpersonal style.
